Program Name

i nag you — Automated SMS accountability reminders.

Program Description

i nag you lets you set up daily text message reminders for someone you care about. You create a nag by texting our number with the recipient's phone number and a message. They opt in by replying YES, and we send them a daily reminder until they reply COMPLETE or STOP.

Message Frequency

Nag recipients receive 1 automated message per day per active nag, at the time chosen by the sender. Senders may receive occasional notifications about nag status (completed, stopped, low balance). Message frequency varies based on how many nags are active.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. i nag you charges $5.46 per message pack (200 messages). Standard carrier SMS rates from your wireless provider may also apply.

Opt-In

Nag recipients must explicitly opt in by replying YES to an invitation before any automated messages are sent. Senders opt in by texting our number and creating an account. No automated messages are sent without express consent.

Opt-Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to our number. This will immediately end all active nags and block the sender from setting up future nags for you. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use i nag you to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send messages that violate any law or regulation
• Circumvent opt-out or blocking mechanisms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments & Refunds

Message packs are prepaid and non-refundable. Unused messages remain in your account balance indefinitely. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Liability

i nag you is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for message delivery failures due to carrier issues, phone number changes, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for how users choose to use the service or the content of nag messages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
